Size Charts and Fitting for Ladies – Women’s Texas Jeans
You want to look your best in our Texas Jeans. And we are here to help! Use these helpful Fit Tips as a guideline for fitting into our authentic Texas brand jeans.
And as always, if you’re not completely happy with your look you can return our jeans. They must be unwashed and gently worn (just trying them on) to comply with our return policy.
ALL MEASUREMENTS ARE GIVEN IN INCHES UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE
General Rules for Fitting:
1 Wear little or no clothing when measuring.
2 Use a fabric tape measure or mark off a strip of clothing in inches. Be exact when making a cloth strip tape. You want the best fit possible!
3 Be relaxed. "sucking in" or tense, rigid postures can give you false measurements.
WAIST:
Measure around your waist, in your underwear, at the narrowest point.
Low Waist:
This is the area between your belly button and hips. Most ladies only use this for measurements for Low-Rise jeans. This is where your low-rise waist will sit on your jeans.
Hips:
Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Rise:
Take the tape and place it on the center of the crotch seam of a pair of correct fitting jeans. Measure from the center to the bottom of the waist band in the front. This is your Front rise. Do the same From the center of the crotch seam to the bottom of the back waistband for your Back rise.
Inseam:
Select a pair of your best fitting jeans or pants. Measure from the center of the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. The number of inches, to the nearest half-inch, is your Inseam.
Please make note that one style size may not transfer over directly to another style's size. Patterns vary and keeping the same sizing chart for every style of jean is difficult. The above is a guideline to help get the best fit possible. It may not be exact for every style.
